The project was a collaboration between "Signes de sens" in Lille (France), "Historic Royal Palaces" in London (UK) and "Museums of South-Trøndelag – Norwegian Deaf Museum" in Trondheim (Norway).
When a museum wants to do something for the deaf, there are no guidelines they can use. Having a "White Paper" with the best practice would be an important common resource for museums.
